Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) carrying back home the hajj pilgrims are behind the set schedule, Geo News reported Tuesday.According to the PIA’s flight inquiry officials, Karachi-bound hajj flight PK-3202 from Jeddah was re-scheduled to land here at least five hours late at 0745am. The previous landing time of the flight was 0250am.
Meantime, flight inquiry officials further told that Hajj flight PK3002, that was timed to land in Karachi at 0450am, was re-announced to land late by five hours at 0945am.
It should be mentioned here that PIA will operate 255 hajj flights from Saudi Arabia bringing back 102991 Hajjis to Pakistan. PIA will bring back 19807 Hajjis to Karachi through 45 hajj flights.
It is pertinent to note here that the first PIA flight also landed in Pakistan three hours behind the set schedule.
